We cover the whole of the county, from the towns just outside the London border such as Epsom, Ewell and Banstead to Guildford, Woking, Dorking and Farnham. Our base in South Croydon sits right on the Surrey border, so the east of the county is especially easy for us. Distance is factored into every quote.

Can you serve at a country wedding venue in the Surrey Hills?

Yes, as long as the venue allows outside caterers and the van can reach a reasonably level spot near your guests. Some rural venues sit down narrow lanes, so we ask for directions and access notes in advance. The van is silent while serving, running on batteries, so it can be parked close to the reception without spoiling the setting.

Do you cater Surrey village fetes and school fairs?

We do. Fetes, school fairs and sports days are a great fit. We can serve from a village green, a school field or a church car park, depending on what the organisers have arranged, and work to prepaid tokens if you would rather nobody paid at the van. Our documents are sent ahead for the organiser's files.

Do I need ULEZ compliance outside London?

ULEZ applies inside Greater London, so most of Surrey sits outside it. Our vans are ULEZ compliant anyway, so the question never comes up, and an event that straddles the border, such as one near Epsom or Banstead, is no problem. The bigger benefit outside London is silent serving, with no engine running near guests.
