- Can you send documents to our venue or council?
- Yes. We can supply our public liability insurance certificate, food hygiene rating, risk assessments, COSHH documentation and health and safety policy. Tell us who needs them and by when, and we will send them over.
- Do you provide allergen information?
- Yes. Our allergens page sets out which of the 14 regulated allergens each part of the menu contains or may contain, and the team at the van can answer questions on the day. We cannot guarantee any item is free from an allergen.
- Do you need anything from us on the day?
- A safe, level place to park with clear access, and any site rules your venue has. Our vans are fully electric while serving, running on their own batteries, so you do not need to provide power.
