NCASS
Definition
NCASS is the Nationwide Caterers Association, a UK trade body for mobile and event caterers that supports members with food safety and compliance.
NCASS, the Nationwide Caterers Association, represents mobile, street food and event caterers in the UK. It provides members with guidance and tools for food safety, health and safety, and paperwork, and works with the wider industry on standards. Its members range from single food vans to large event catering businesses.
Membership is not a legal requirement, but organisers often see it as a sign that a caterer takes compliance seriously and has its documents in order. Kreamy Delights is an NCASS member. Alongside our 5 Star Food Hygiene rating, £5M Public Liability insurance and risk assessments, it is part of what we can show an organiser or council.
