For private parties on race day, such as a garden gathering nearby, roads around the Downs are very busy, so allow plenty of time and tell us about road closures. We plan arrival so the van is set up before guests start queuing.

- Yes. Our Epsom coverage includes Ewell, Stoneleigh, Ewell East and the roads towards Nonsuch Park. Many of these streets are residential with parked cars on both sides, so a driveway or the end of a close often works best. Send us your postcode and we will tell you where the van can stand.

- Nonsuch Park is managed jointly by two councils, so permission for vehicles and catering comes from the park's managers. Contact them first and explain what you have in mind.
