Bubblegum Knickerbocker Glory

The Bubblegum Knickerbocker Glory is the playful one. Soft serve is built up tall in a glass with bright blue bubblegum sauce drizzled across every tier, then topped with a Flake on the left and a rolled wafer on the right. It tastes like the bubblegum sweets children love, and the blue against the white looks like nothing else on the menu.

It is aimed squarely at younger guests, and it delivers. At children's parties and primary school celebrations it tends to be the most requested glory, and the bright colour makes for great party photos. It is also a fun option at themed events where blue is part of the look. Bubblegum fans can carry on with the scoop or the screwball.
