Raspberry Knickerbocker Glory

The Raspberry Knickerbocker Glory is the most traditional of our glories. Soft serve is layered tall in a glass with a deep red raspberry sauce drizzled across every tier, and finished with a Flake on the left and a rolled wafer on the right. Raspberry sauce is a little sharper than strawberry, so it cuts through the creaminess and keeps the whole thing fresh.

It is a favourite with guests who grew up with raspberry sauce on their ice cream, and it suits garden parties, anniversaries and country shows where a classic feel matters. The deep red colour stands out in photos and goes well with darker wedding colour schemes. If your guests prefer something softer and sweeter, the Strawberry Glory is a close cousin.
