Mixed Sherbet Cone

The Mixed Sherbet Cone settles the red or blue question by doing both. The swirl is split straight down the middle: blue sherbet on one half, red sherbet on the other, sitting on a wafer cone. You get the fizzy tang of sherbet with the smooth soft serve underneath, and you can work round from one colour to the other as you eat.

It is one of the most photographed classic cones on the board, because the split is so clean and bright. Children love the two colours, and it is a natural choice for team events where red and blue sides are already a thing, such as sports days and house competitions.
