Deposit
Definition
A deposit is a payment made when booking to secure a date. It confirms the booking and is usually taken off the final balance.
Most event suppliers take a deposit to confirm a booking. It reserves the date and the vehicle, so the supplier can turn down other enquiries for that slot. Terms such as when the balance is due and what happens if plans change should be set out clearly when you book.
Popular summer weekends and wedding dates fill early, so booking with a deposit well in advance is the best way to make sure the van you want is free. With Kreamy Delights, a small deposit secures your date. Every quote is tailored to your location, duration and guest numbers, so contact us with your details for a price.
