Lotus Biscoff Knickerbocker Glory

The Lotus Biscoff Knickerbocker Glory is a tall glass of soft serve coated golden brown with Lotus Biscoff, covered in biscuit crumb and finished with a whole Lotus biscuit and a rolled wafer. It tastes of caramelised biscuit with a hint of cinnamon, and the crumb gives a crunch all the way down. The whole thing is a warm caramel colour, which looks lovely in photos.
