Ice cream van hire in Hayes
Battery-powered ice cream vans for Hayes offices, business parks, schools and family celebrations near Heathrow.
Hayes in Hillingdon sits between Southall and Heathrow, with the Grand Union Canal cutting through and the Elizabeth line stopping at Hayes & Harlington. It has a long industrial history: the old EMI record factory has become the Old Vinyl Factory, a creative and business quarter. North and south of the town centre are streets of family homes, schools and parks. It is a diverse town, home to many communities and faiths.
Bookings in Hayes cover a wide range: staff events at Stockley Park and the business sites around the airport, school fairs, community days, weddings and family birthdays. Office campuses here have car parks and plazas, so positioning a van is simple. Residential roads are busier, and planes overhead are part of daily life. Our vans are ULEZ compliant and serve on battery power with the engine off, which suits office plazas and play areas alike.

- Can you serve a hotel event near Heathrow?
- Yes, if the hotel allows outside caterers and vehicles. Hotel car parks usually have space for a van. With no engine running while we serve, there are no fumes near the entrance. We can send insurance, hygiene certificates and a risk assessment to the events team in advance.
- Do you come to community fun days in Hayes?
- We can. Fun days in council parks usually need the organiser to arrange permission with Hillingdon Council. We supply the documents they ask for. Prepaid tokens are popular for community events so children can have an ice cream without money. See our community events page.
