Bermondsey runs from the Thames at Tower Bridge down to the Old Kent Road. Its riverside was once lined with warehouses and tanneries, and many of those buildings, around Shad Thames and Bermondsey Street, are now offices, flats, restaurants and studios. Bermondsey Street is home to the Fashion and Textile Museum, and the railway arches around Maltby Street and Druid Street host food markets and breweries. Bermondsey station on the Jubilee line serves the area.

That mix brings plenty of corporate and creative events: staff parties, product launches, photo shoots and pop-ups, alongside school fairs, estate fun days and family celebrations further south.
