We can work with you on a few different approaches. You can sell prepaid tokens at your own stall, so the money passes through your charity's hands. Guests can pay at the van, or a sponsor can host the van for participants and volunteers. We will talk through what suits your event when you enquire. Whatever you choose, we will agree it in writing before the day.
Our vans serve on battery power, so while we serve there are no fumes near runners at the finish line or families on the lawn. We hold £5M public liability insurance and a 5 Star Food Hygiene rating, and we can send documents to your event lead and any council or landowner involved. We have served at Black Pride Festival and worked with London Borough Councils, so we understand community events.

Put the van where people gather, near the finish line, the stage or the main stalls, but clear of routes and emergency access.

Local businesses are often happy to sponsor the ice cream van in return for a mention. It can turn the van into a free treat for participants.

Events in parks or on public roads usually need landowner or council permission, and food traders may need to be listed. Check early.

- Yes. Fun runs and sponsored walks are a good fit. The van can park near the finish line, as long as it is clear of the course and emergency access. Tell us about the venue and the timings. Finishers are usually ready for a slush.
